Bachelor's degree in IT or Business related; 6+ yearsof experience as a Delivery Manager ; ITILService Management Certificate Qualified (or equivalent); Expertise of key aspects of Service Delivery processes and business characteristics, Managing Client relationships; Interface within a global enterprise organization; Fluency inEnglish; The candidate has to be in Lisbon - hybrid position, 2x per week in the office.
