HI FLY, a leading wet lease specialist airline operating worldwide, is recruiting aOPERATIONS CONTROLLER (SHIFTS SCHEDULE H24),in Lisbon. The wet lease business market is very demanding, and airlines are increasingly opting for wet lease solutions as they are found to be reliable, safe, and efficient. For that reason, Hi Fly fleet is steadily growing with new widebody additions in the coming months. Considering the forecasted growth, we are currently looking for dedicated and highly motivatedOperations Controllersto join our Integrated Operations Control Center (iOCC) team in Lisbon-Portugal. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Operational management and negotiation of contracts with customers in order to ensure the regular flow of planned flights; Anticipate events that may cause irregularities, and if they are to manage them; Follow the operation and be the first point of contact for customers. WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE? Availability to work in shifts H24 (including weekends) – mandatory; Minimum qualifications at the degree level; Experience in similar functions - preferably; Fluency in English - written and spoken – mandatory; Proficient in MS Office; Dynamic, rigorous and organized; Skills of initiative taking, problem solving and autonomy.
