CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - JAPANESE SPEAKING We're looking for a Japanese speaking Customer Support Representative. Our client is an international company based in Lisbon, that specializes in retailing a wide array of valuable commodities through its platform, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. OBJECTIVES: Provide support to customers (buyers and sellers) regarding the purchased/sold products; Conflict resolution between customers (buyers and sellers) to find the most appropriate and equitable solution for both parties; Engaging with customers (buyers and sellers), aiming to consistently ensure their satisfaction with the outcome and foster their loyalty to the platform; The customers and products involved demand extraordinary care and sensitivity, so the support provided must cater to these specificities accordingly. REQUISITES: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) in Japanese and English are required; strong analytical and critical thinking skills, problem-solving prowess; Previous experience in Customer Experience (CX), Customer Support, Customer Success, or even in Hospitality / Tourism / Retail / Call-Center is desirable; Ability to operate across various communication channels (email, phone, chat); CONDITIONS: Hybrid work model (2 days in-office and 3 days remote); flexibility to work 2 weekends per month and some public holidays. Between 18.000€ and 23.000€ (gross) per year. Health Insurance from day 1. Learning and Development program, supporting personal and professional development.
