Job Title: Technical Customer Support Representative (English Speaking)Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)Start Date: 17th July 2025 About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Customer Support Representative to join our clients dynamic team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support customers with technical issues related to digital marketing and paid campaigns. Your expertise will help clients achieve their goals and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot issues related to paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing platforms. Guide clients on best practices for campaign optimization and performance improvement. Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain accurate case records and documentation in the CRM system. Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance targets. Requirements Language: C2 level English proficiency (spoken and written).Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing OR Proven relevant work experience in Digital Marketing (must be clearly reflected in the CV).Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (PPC, social media ads, Google Ads, etc.).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly.Flexibility to work shifts as per the schedule below. Working Hours Initial Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12-hour operational window (07:00 19:00). 2 shifts: 07:00 16:00 or 10:00 19:00. Later Stage: 24/7 coverage with rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday). 2 rotative days off per week. Compensation & Benefits Salary: 870 x 14 months. Performance Bonus: Up to 150 per month.
