About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a global organization with a strong presence across 17 countries. As a senior manager, you will oversee the operations of our command center, ensuring seamless coordination and response during major incidents and crisis situations.
Your main objective will be to develop and implement standard operating procedures, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and utilize advanced technologies to maintain situational awareness and make informed decisions.
The role involves leading and supporting a team of specialists/analysts, conducting training and drills, and continuously improving operational efficiency through data analysis and performance evaluation.
You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of readiness to effectively respond to any emergency or crisis scenario.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the overall operations of the command center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for emergency response and crisis management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and effective communication during critical incidents.
- Monitor and improve real-time data and information to assess situational awareness and make informed decisions.
- Manage a team of specialists and analysts, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Collaborate with external providers to facilitate a coordinated response.
- Conduct regular training and drills to prepare staff for various emergency scenarios.
- Utilize advanced technologies (AI & ML) and systems to enhance the capabilities of the command center.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of readiness to respond to any emergency or crisis situation.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong experience in IT Operations, particularly within Command Centres. A solid technical background with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies is essential.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial in assessing situations quickly and making informed decisions.
