Job Summary:
As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Doubletree By Hilton Lagoa, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional Guest and Member experiences across all Food and Beverage outlets. Your responsibilities will include overseeing operations, maintaining high levels of customer service, and managing a team of talented individuals. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring seamless execution of services and high-quality standards.
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service, responding promptly to Guest queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Recruit, manage, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
Work closely with the Food and Beverage manager to set departmental targets, objectives, and policies, ensuring alignment with hotel goals.
Develop menus in collaboration with the Food and Beverage team, ensuring innovative and appealing options for Guests.
Conduct monthly stock takes, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue, driving business growth and success.
Deputize for the Food and Beverage manager in their absence, demonstrating leadership and adaptability.
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation, maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Previous Food and Beverage management or supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success.
Knowledge of financial systems and budgeting, with the ability to work within budgeted guidelines.
Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Committed to delivering high levels of customer service, with a passion for hospitality and a desire to exceed Guest expectations.
