Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

About You: As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will have a proven track record in managing food and beverage operations, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and team development. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, making sound decisions under pressure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The Role: Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the operational aspects of food and beverage outlets, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control
  • Leading a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives, such as marketing and events
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and vendors

What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
