Pharma Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharma Business Development Manager to join our team at Grindeks. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-specific strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Identify opportunities for expanding product sales.
- Manage customer relationships and build long-term partnerships to drive growth and strong brand loyalty.
- Conduct market analysis and stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and stakeholders' needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- University degree in Management, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with generics expertise.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
