We are Amorim Luxury Group, a company dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We're currently seeking a skilled Guest Services Coordinator to join our team.

Main Tasks:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction;
  • Coordinate appointments, bookings, and special requests with precision and professionalism;
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to provide holistic support to our guests;
  • Manage Jncquoi At Home services, guaranteeing timely and satisfactory delivery;
  • Update and refine our CRM database with accurate and detailed information;
  • Deliver comprehensive knowledge about our services, locations, and the Jncquoi concept to our guests;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all areas of guest interaction.

Your Skills:

  • Background in roles similar to this position;
  • Working knowledge of reservation and CRM software;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with diverse groups;
  • A methodical approach to task management and detail-oriented attitude;
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a significant advantage).
