Key Responsibilities:
- Process all guest transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and payments
- Work closely with Housekeeping to ensure seamless room assignments and availability
- Run daily reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
