Your challenge will be to develop and refine our multi-channel, multi-segment growth playbook, leveraging data-driven insights to drive strategic initiatives that increase revenue, marketing access, and member enrollment.

Growth Marketing Director/Lead Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize the growth playbook based on data-driven experiments
  • Co-create strategic growth initiatives with Senior Enrollment Strategists, ensuring their full involvement in the strategy development process
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to implement revenue-focused growth campaigns
  • Track and analyze key growth KPIs, refining strategies to optimize performance

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, growth operations roles within a fast-growth tech environment
  • Proven leadership in co-developing and executing data-driven growth strategies with cross-functional teams
  • A hands-on, 'doer' mindset, capable of being deeply involved in both strategy and execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives
