Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to develop and implement HR systems that support effective information management and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee/labour relations, HR processes, and talent recruitment.
- Exceptional influencing skills, with the ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex HR concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in related areas, with a strong understanding of Portuguese laws and regulations related to HR processes.
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS technology and best practices, preferably with experience in Workday or similar systems.
