At FedEx Eu, we're seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our management team with complex HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of local regulations and company policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Support FedEx managers in talent recruitment and selection, ensuring a strong pipeline of top talent.
  • Implement and maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Act as a mediator and advisor in cases of individual and collective employer disputes, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for HR Management, driving business growth and transformation.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to develop and implement HR systems that support effective information management and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employee/labour relations, HR processes, and talent recruitment.
  • Exceptional influencing skills, with the ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex HR concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in related areas, with a strong understanding of Portuguese laws and regulations related to HR processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS technology and best practices, preferably with experience in Workday or similar systems.
