Job Overview

CBT org is seeking a skilled Customer Support Liaison to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced travel environment.

About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced professional with excellent communication skills to manage bookings, resolve client inquiries, and provide real-time information to empower customers' decision-making processes.
  • You will also be expected to go beyond clients' expectations by providing personalized support and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Schedule

Our ideal candidate is available to work on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00, with two days off per week (rotative).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and teamwork spirit.
  • Previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
  • Background in Customer Service or tourism/travel representation is a plus.

Benefits

  • A competitive base salary of 870 x 14 (gross).
  • Position bonus and performance bonus (gross): TBC.
  • Meal allowance of 7.23 per workday (paid in meal card).
  • Health insurance: free after 6 months of contract.
