About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Liaison fluent in Portuguese to provide top-notch service for our popular Betting App. This role offers rotating shifts with night shifts compensated according to Portuguese labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist users with inquiries about the app via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Resolve issues quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
  1. Fluent in Portuguese (C1 or higher) and English.
  2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
  4. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
