Key Responsibilities
• Identify and explore new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate and close deals, achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and meet client needs.
Requirements
• 3-5+ years of experience in business development with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments and jurisdictions in major markets like Europe, Asia, or North America.
• Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills, particularly in structuring partnerships and contracts.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and reporting.
• Ability to develop sales strategies for different markets and product lines.
