Job Description:
- Monitor online advertisements for potential issues
- Triage requests from various entities, prioritizing effective communication
- BUILD relationships with government, political, and advocacy partners
- Ensure timely updates on relevant content across social media platforms
- Provide high-quality email responses to inquiries
- Escalate matters to relevant departments when necessary
- Represent the brand positively and consistently
- Manage job-related administrative tasks efficiently
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Hebrew language skills (oral and written) and proficiency in English (at least B2 level)
- Eligible to work in the EU or hold Portuguese residency status
- Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous
- Proficient in computer skills with the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to review content without bias or prejudice
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing demands
- Resourceful and resilient individual with strong work ethic
