We are seeking a Strategic Enterprise Manager to manage multiple implementation projects of our market-leading people-centric solutions. The successful candidate will preferably be based remotely in the DACH region with regular travel required to client sites. As a Strategic Enterprise Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and execution of Unit4's software implementations to meet customer objectives and goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex software implementation projects, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces. German and English language skills are essential, and an additional language would be an advantage. You will work closely with our consultants and clients to satisfactorily plan and schedule project timelines to guarantee on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the implementation of Unit4 software solutions into customer environments.
- Driving projects to successful completion, achieving agreed delivery dates within budget and meeting customer requirements.
- Developing plans to manage and drive Unit4 teams, customer stakeholders, and potentially other third parties to achieve agreed goals.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience managing complex software implementation projects.
- Excellent presentation skills to a C-level audience.
- Ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces.
- German and English language skills are essential.
