At Flashpoint Venture Capital Group, we are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.

  • We require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the SaaS or technology industry, preferably in Customer Success.
  • A proven track record of working with large-scale enterprises or high-value clients is essential for this position.
  • The successful candidate will have a growth mindset, being willing to continuously expand their technical and business acumen.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage communication with various stakeholders. They should also be driven self-starters with a proactive approach and a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

We are seeking a strategic advisor who can partner with our top-tier enterprise clients to establish desired business outcomes, milestones, timelines, and success metrics. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring product adoption, revenue retention, and a high renewal rate.

The successful Enterprise Customer Success Manager will provide strategic and product advice to clients, deliver regular client reviews to evaluate progress against goals, and build and maintain current functional and technical knowledge of our platform and services.
