Job Title: Supervisor for Microsoft Team

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our Microsoft team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the team's development, monitoring, and evaluation. You will motivate the team, manage daily operations according to internal policies, and ensure the accomplishment of Key Performance Indicators.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the team's development, monitoring, and evaluation;
  • Motivating the team;
  • Managing the team daily, according to internal policies;
  • Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators;
  • Developing action plans for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (B2 minimum);
  • Fluency in Portuguese (preferential);
  • Fluency in other languages is a plus;
  • Interest and passion for managing teams (experience is a plus);
  • Solid experience in contact center, understands contact center business, trends, and sales.
