Job Title: Computer Security Incident Response Specialist

Location: Porto, Portugal

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Security Incident Response Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our Cyberdefense unit, you will play a crucial role in responding to and investigating cybersecurity incidents.

Main Responsibilities:

Cybersecurity Incident Response: You will be responsible for handling cyber-investigations, analyzing the effectiveness of existing DLP controls, and contributing to CyberSOC use-case development and optimization.

Data Protection: You will monitor DLP related events, conduct investigations, and respond to data leakage incidents according to internal procedures.

Policy Development: You will develop and enhance data protection policies and rules across various systems, manage exceptions, and respond to eDiscovery requests from IT Security, HR, Legal, and Compliance.

Reporting and Governance: You will maintain accurate records of incidents in our group GRC tool, assist in governance by delivering detailed reports and KPIs, and contribute to cybersecurity governance.

  • Event & Incident monitoring and response
  • Cybersecurity (logs analysis, endpoint security)
  • Scripting language (Python)
  • Protocol knowledge (HTTP, SMTP)
  • SIEM (Security Information Event Monitoring)
  • SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response)
  • DLP (Data Loss Prevention)

Language Skills: English: N4 - Mastery

Estimated Salary: €55,000 - €70,000 per year
