InnoWave is looking for a Senior Data Manager to lead our data strategy efforts. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of data management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid model.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating teams, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and knowledge, and promoting QA good practices to ensure the quality and efficiency of procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define clear, efficient, and homogeneous processes for test execution to ensure consistency and traceability of results.
  • Develop a training plan for existing teams containing tools, operational models, processes, and tests.
  • Evaluate and improve data validation methods, including ETL testing and data quality testing.
Requirements
  • Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or similar areas.
  • AWS Certified Data Analytics, Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate, Cloudera Certified Professional (CCP) Data Engineer certifications.
  • Certifications in BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Management, including large-scale projects involving data warehouses, ETL, Big Data, or BI systems.
  • Knowledge in Data Validation: ETL testing and data quality testing.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or Kafka is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to identify risks, and propose solutions to complex problems.
  • Organization to handle deadlines and priorities across multiple projects.
  • Fluent in English - written and spoken.
