Job Title: Dutch Junior Social Media Content Moderator

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Junior Social Media Content Moderator to join our team at Speakit. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for providing B2B support to small and medium-sized businesses via chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support to B2B clients on optimization procedures for their advertising base in the online and digital advertising domain
  • Consult with B2B clients on pre and post-sales support for all self-service products
  • Offer recommendations to common B2B problems or frequently asked questions
  • Maintain and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
  • Provide customer insights and feedback from our B2B clients to engineering

Requirements:

  • Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
  • Advanced level of English both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
  • Ability to evaluate customer complaints, assess alternatives, and make solid, consistent decisions and/or recommendations as required
  • Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator, and problem solver
  • Experience with online advertising products and social media will be considered a plus
  • Must hold EU citizenship
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
