Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows and address IT needs effectively.
- Provide application support for AI-driven technologies, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Communicate updates to business stakeholders, team members, and partnering teams on issue/task/project status.
- Identify systemic issues, understand root causes, and contribute to long-term solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Windows: PowerShell, Active Directory, Event Logs, etc.
- Virtual Machines (VM): Hands-on experience with VM environments.
- Application Performance Monitoring: Familiarity with tools like Dynatrace.
- ITIL: Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with IT Cloud environments.
- RPA Tools: Knowledge of Blue Prism (preferred) or similar RPA platforms.
- SQL: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
