ILT Program

We invite recent graduates to join our Lisbon headquarters as part of our ILT program. This comprehensive program offers hands-on experience across various departments, including finance, operations, marketing, and more. You'll work directly with department leaders, gaining insights into our business, contributing to high-impact projects, and developing key skills that will accelerate your career and future leadership.

Program Structure

The ILT program consists of four stages:

  • Engage with critical projects, working on high-impact initiatives crucial to the company's success.
  • Executive shadowing, gaining insights into high-level decision-making processes and strategic thinking.
  • Mentorship opportunities, mentoring interns and honing coaching skills while contributing to junior talent development.
  • Team rotation, rotating through different teams within your department, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business and identifying areas where you can make the most significant impact.
What We Offer

Upon successful completion of the program, you'll gain the opportunity to pursue an MBA, post-graduate course, or lead an internal project. As an ILT participant, you'll be eligible for IEFP professional internship funding. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Requirements

We're looking for recent graduates or those enrolled in a Master's degree, with up to two years of experience. You should thrive in fast-paced environments, be comfortable with ever-changing situations, and able to work in a highly dynamic and international setting. Key skills include taking ownership of projects, being results-driven with attention to detail, autonomous, and responsible for deliverables. Ambition, self-drive, and entrepreneurial spirit are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides.

Estimated Salary Range

Ranging from €40,000 to €60,000 per annum, based on location and level of experience.
