At Indie Campers, we are on a mission to make road trips accessible to everyone. Our digital approach and customer-centric orientation have enabled us to develop a strong booking experience and offer high-quality road trips at affordable prices.
We have welcomed over 300,000 travelers from 169 countries, with over one million nights rented through our platform. We offer a wide range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.

The ILT Program
As part of our ILT program, you will gain hands-on experience across various departments, including finance, operations, marketing, and more. You will work directly with department leaders, providing a unique opportunity to understand the core of our business, contribute to high-impact projects, and develop key skills that will accelerate your career.
Program Structure
The program consists of four stages:
1. Engage with Critical Projects
You will work on high-impact projects that are crucial to the company's success, providing valuable experience and visibility.
2. Executive Shadowing
You will have the opportunity to shadow an executive, gaining insights into high-level decision-making processes and strategic thinking.
3. Mentorship Opportunities
You will mentor interns, honing your coaching skills while contributing to the development of junior talent.
4. Team Rotation
You will rotate through different teams within your department, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business and identifying areas where you can make the most significant impact.
Advanced Education and Funding Opportunities
Upon successful completion of the program, you will gain the opportunity to pursue an MBA or a post-graduate course.
Requirements
- Recent Graduate or enrolled in a Master's degree;
- Up to 2 years of experience;
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations;
- Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment;
- Motivated by taking ownership of your projects;
- Results-driven with attention to detail, autonomous, and responsible for deliverables;
- Ambitious, self-driven, entrepreneurial, hard-working, frugal, bold, tech-driven, someone who thrives by constantly learning, overcoming challenges, and creating impact;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides;
- Eligible for IEFP professional internship;
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Salary Estimate
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
