Customer Service Representative for Travel and Tourism Industry

Your role at Blu Selection will be to provide exceptional customer support as a Customer Service Representative, ensuring seamless experiences for clients of our global partners in the travel and tourism industry.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, including emails, chats, and calls, addressing subscription, invoicing, and technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

To excel in this position, you'll need:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer service orientation with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Native French language proficiency (required) with a good level of English (B2 minimum).
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

We offer:

Compensation and Benefits

A competitive salary: €12,540 per year (€1,045 gross per month) + performance-related bonus up to €1,200 annually + meal voucher of 7.23€ per working day.

Schedule: Available to work in rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8AM and 9PM.
