Job Title: Travel Industry Service Representative

The role of a Customer Service Representative at Phiture interfaces with customers via various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, or through the internet. This position provides customer support and resolves routine issues related to client products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their last-minute bookings mainly through live chat.
  • Use creativity and intuition to help undecided customers choose from a range of hotels in the Americas, Europe, and Australia.
  • Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a positive, polite, and diplomatic manner.
  • Handle inquiries and provide timely responses while managing requests.
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction meets both customer and company needs.

Requirements:

  • Have a high level of Spanish and English (B2) proficiency.
  • Possess excellent writing and communication skills, coupled with empathy and team spirit.
  • Be proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player.
  • Have availability to work night shifts.
