Travel Care Representative for Expedia

We are seeking a skilled Travel Care Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers while they book travel services online or over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with booking hotels, holiday packages, and other travel-related services;
- Provide helpful and effective service for both pre-travel and post-travel concerns;
- Answer customer inquiries regarding payment, changes, cancellations, or any other travel-related issues.
- Native level of spoken and written Italian (mandatory);
- Good level of English (minimum B2);
- Passionate about traveling;
- Familiarity with the travel industry;
- Contact Center experience is a plus.
