">As an International Travel Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include resolving issues during the booking process, providing personalized guidance, and ensuring seamless travel experiences.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Assist clients with queries and concerns related to their bookings
- Provide expert advice on travel options and itineraries
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient issue resolution and excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- Fluent English language skills (French proficiency is also desirable)
- A passion for travel and a strong desire to help others
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
