Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll receive a complete relocation package, including a refunded airline ticket and free accommodation in their company apartment throughout your employment. You'll also enjoy a fixed monthly salary, bonus, and private health insurance.

Job Description

As a Global Customer Experience Representative, you'll play a crucial role in handling customer issues via email, chat, and phone. You'll work closely with your team to provide friendly, effective, and professional support, while going above and beyond to meet customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Danish (C2 level)
  • Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level)
  • Basic computer skills, with advanced coding skills preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
