**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Solve complex issues, escalating when necessary, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, utilizing this knowledge to provide personalized support and drive customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, adhering to company standards and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Fluent in Spanish and Italian (Mandatory) and English; additional languages are a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role.
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
