**About the Role:**

EVA Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Representative to join our vibrant team in Malaga, Spain. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients across Europe.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Solve complex issues, escalating when necessary, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, utilizing this knowledge to provide personalized support and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, adhering to company standards and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent in Spanish and Italian (Mandatory) and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
