Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving online business conversion rates and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Your primary focus will be on responding to inbound leads and existing customers through various channels, primarily chat and email. You will also be required to become an expert on Zendesk products, articulate their value to informed buyers, and provide demos to help customers see the value in purchasing our solutions.
