Business Development Representative with Sales Expertise in Lisbon

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Smart-Recruitments. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily communication with clients via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and offer tailored solutions.
- Consultative selling to better understand clients' needs and help them achieve their objectives.
- Planning actions based on clients needs and expectations.
- Researching industries and business models to better understand markets and clients.
- Providing personalized recommendations based on clients needs.
- Assisting clients in optimizing product usage, offering active support in problem-solving and performance improvement.
- Expanding knowledge of advertising solutions and their impact on business performance.
- Solving problems, identifying trends, and providing valuable feedback on products.
- Using various tools to communicate effectively and help clients succeed.
You will be an excellent fit for this role if you have:
- Fluency in Greek.
- Communicative English (at least B2 level).
- Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
