We are recruiting for a Business Development Representative to join our client, a leading outsourcing company providing services such as customer/technical support, content moderation, sales, and marketing. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive growth while meeting sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily communication with new and existing clients via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and offer solutions aligned with their business goals.
  • Consultative selling to better understand clients' needs and provide guidance to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Developing actions based on clients' needs and expectations.
  • Researching industries and business models to gain a deeper understanding of markets and clients.
  • Understanding local specifics to tailor offers for local advertisers.
  • Providing personalized recommendations based on clients' needs.
  • Assisting clients in optimizing product usage, offering active support in problem-solving and performance improvement.
  • Expanding knowledge of advertising solutions and their impact on business performance.
  • Solving problems, identifying trends, and providing valuable feedback on products.
  • Using various tools to communicate effectively and support clients' success.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in Greek.
  • Communicative English (at least B2 level).
  • Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
