Customer Experience Sales Representative with Hebrew-English Expertise

We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative with Hebrew-English skills to join our team in Krakow, Poland.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating existing customer relationships, establishing new ones, and identifying sales opportunities for our technology clients.
You will work closely with a cross-functional team to identify and solve business technology needs in a cloud-based environment. Your primary focus will be on building long-term relationships with customers, providing consultative selling, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate with customers to close sales, handle objections, and rebuttals during interactions.
- Recommend, quote, and negotiate product knowledge with customers to close the sale and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline to achieve main targets and support customers ranging from small to medium-sized businesses or advertising agencies and C-Level business contacts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in cloud-based technology.
- Experience in prospecting, developing accounts, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- 1+ years of demonstrated sales experience.
- A solution-oriented mindset and ability to resolve issues before escalating to the next level.
- Reside in or be able to relocate to the Krakow area.
- A base salary of 11,000 PLN (~2350 EUR) gross, plus 3 paid Sundays (1,000-1,300 PLN gross Sunday allowance per month), plus quarterly performance-based commission.
- Generous relocation package of 2,000 PLN net.
