Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email.
- Efficiently monitor and resolve cases to ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while representing the company as a trusted brand ambassador.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with partners, showcasing empathy and professionalism.
- Work collaboratively towards achieving targets set by both the client and Talent Trail.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hebrew
- Proficient English communication skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and technical skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Team-oriented with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
