Our client, a global leader in the BPO industry, is seeking an experienced Hebrew Customer Support Agent to join their team in Lisbon. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, this role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with cutting-edge technologies and helping customers from diverse backgrounds.
About the RoleThis position involves answering inbound calls and customer inquiries in Hebrew, while providing top-notch support and resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a dynamic environment, and possess a deep understanding of customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and empathetic manner;
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries and feedback;
- Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training;
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Hebrew (C2 Level or Native);
- Good knowledge of English (B1 level);
- Typing Speed: 20 words per minute;
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- Any previous experience or contact with clients;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good listening and empathy skills;
- Good time management skills;
- Team spirit and flexibility;

The estimated salary for this position is €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience.
