About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on travel-related matters. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.

The successful candidate will have:
- A fluent level of English (a good level of French would be a plus)
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel industry
