Tourism Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tourism Insurance Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of a leading Tourism Insurance Company in Portugal.
The ideal candidate will have a native level of German and an advanced level of English (C1 level), previous experience in customer service, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with people. You will be living in Portugal and having a valid work permit.
Key Responsibilities- Booking insurance meetings on behalf of German insurers
- Having the first contact with potential customers and identifying their needs
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective communication
- A native level of German and an advanced level of English (C1 level)
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full-time permanent contract
- Competitive salary: €**30,000 - €40,000 per annum**, depending on experience
- Flexible working hours, Monday to Sunday
- Home office possibility in Portugal
