We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tourism Insurance Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in Portugal. This role involves working from home and collaborating with colleagues to provide exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying their needs and scheduling meetings with German insurers.
  • Book insurance meetings on behalf of these insurers, facilitating opportunities for customers and insurers to connect.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by providing solutions to issues and ensuring seamless communication.
Requirements:
  • Native German speaker with advanced English skills (C1 level), allowing for effective communication with both customers and insurers.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, demonstrating ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch support.
  • Reside in Portugal with a valid work permit, enabling you to contribute to our local team.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Show enthusiasm for intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle, being adaptable and open-minded in a dynamic setting.
