**Your Role**

You will supervise, monitor, and develop a team of Customer Advisors. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Closely monitoring the SLA's and KPI's of the project.
    • Guaranteeing the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team.
      • Leading a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance.
        • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
          • Contributing to the company's fast-paced growth and internal progress in different job positions.

**Requirements**

  • High level of English (oral and written).
    • At least one year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory).
      • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI's).
        • Knowledge of CRM system.

**Nice to Have**

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, including strong collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skills.
    • Ability to compile and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources with strong attention to detail.
      • Self-driven, adaptable, and a reliable team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.
