Key ResponsibilitiesAs an English-Speaking Team Leader for a B2B Sales Project, you will:
- Lead a team of Customer Advisors, ensuring they meet SLA's and KPI's.
- Analyze performance gaps, identify root causes, and develop strategies to improve results.
- Create an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and performance.
- Develop a team environment with open communication culture.
- Contribute to the company's fast-paced growth and internal progress in different job positions.

We're looking for a motivated individual with:
- High-level English skills (oral and written)
- At least one year of Team Management experience
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI's)
- Knowledge of CRM systems

Prior experience in compiling and analyzing large amounts of data, interpersonal and communication skills, are a plus.
