Job Description:
As a Retail Sales Floor Team Lead at Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet, you will play a key role in building strong relationships between customers and our brand. Your primary mission is to provide exceptional customer service and inspire customers with powerful brand stories adapted to the retail setting. This role requires a high level of service, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right products and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize exceptional customer service skills to connect customers with the right products and drive sales.
- Handle complex transactions or customer service situations and provide expertise in one or more areas or functions.
- Seek ongoing training and education to further develop expertise and assist managers in conducting formal onboarding and training programs for associates.
- Assist with loss prevention efforts by providing proactive customer service and assist in coordinating work of other associates.
