Job Description: Floor Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting the work of Room Attendants and House Attendants, ensuring all standards are met, and providing coaching and training as needed. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills, ability to provide feedback to employees and management
  • High level of attention to detail, strong work ethic, and strong communication skills
