Job Summary:

As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the sales team of Distributors customers in Portugal. Your mission will be to generate demand and ensure the growth of the overall Schneider Electric business in the assigned customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to maximize efficiency using digital tools and means.
  • Coach team members in internal meetings and accompany them to customer visits.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the business and customer ecosystem of your region.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and leverage conclusions from satisfaction surveys.
  • Support the team in deciding the right pricing and commercial strategy.
  • Ensure 100% of commercial activity is reported in the company CRM.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the business and customer ecosystem.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
