Main Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks including screening phone calls, emails, post, enquiries, and requests, handling them appropriately.- Ensure the office is organized, supporting administration, coordinating office space, and setup for new hires and visitors, as well as needed repairs or other general office duties.- Organize and promote internal initiatives such as weekly stand-ups, external team building activities, game nights, sports activities.- Plan and coordinate travel logistics and the company's presence at international exhibitions and trade shows.- Provide support in functional areas of the human resources department, which may include recruitment and onboarding, personnel records, and job evaluation.- Assist with quote requests and follow-ups to clients and partners.- Assist the team with any other administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and effective prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the IT, Hi-Tech, or similar industry.
  • Fluency in another European language (Spanish, German, or Dutch).
