Job Title: Environment, Safety and Occupational Health Technician

At Enercon Gesellschaft Mit Beschränkter Haftung, we are seeking a highly skilled Environment, Safety and Occupational Health Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and assess the risk of all factory activities to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Keep information updated, taking into account changes in processes and the company, to maintain a proactive approach to safety.
  • Identify, record, analyze, document, and report all accidents and incidents involving people and goods to the Responsible for ASST and Plant Management.
  • Ensure the correct completion of accident forms and analyze work accidents to present suggested solutions to avoid them.
  • Communicate accidents to the insurance company when necessary and provide intermediate medical indications to those responsible for the area.
  • Control the availability of access to emergency equipment and clear circulation/evacuation paths to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Supervise the carrying out of checks/periodic inspections of means and emergency implementation to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct monthly auditoriums, prepare reports, and support those responsible for the areas to solve problems and implement actions.
  • Fulfill and enforce internal policies, rules, and standards at Rotor Blade Plant as well as legal requirements in terms of ASST.
  • Check daily conditions related to ASST and promote best practices, including the use of PPEs.
  • Prepare and follow the monitoring of chemical agents, noise, and other hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Create, communicate, and keep updated the necessary documents in accordance with the Quality Management system.
  • Support in the information and training of workers in matters of Environment, Safety, and Health at Work.
Requirements:
  • Master/Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience of working in an industrial environment, 1 to 2 years.
  • Higher Technical Course in Occupational Safety (level VI).
  • Knowledge of ASST norms and rules.
  • CCP - Certificate of Pedagogical Competencies.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
