Are you passionate about shaping the future of renewable energies? Do you have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management? We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HSE professional to join our team at Enercon Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and statutory obligations.
  • Coordinate and assess performance of external HSE professionals working on behalf of the project manager.
  • Engage in projects to solve complex problems and attend meetings with key customers as required.
  • Support sales and project management in tender management for HSE requirements.
  • Supervise the implementation of Enercon HSE processes in all allocated projects in the region.
  • Support training and provision of guidelines to employees of the branch, project team, and external HSE consultancies working on behalf of the project manager.
  • Perform audits and track the status of implementation of HSE standards.
  • Investigate accidents and severe incidents.
  • Adapt global Enercon HSE rules to local standards, create, and maintain a HSE management system for the region countries and projects.
  • Carry out management site audits/inspections in the form of regular site visits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a similar field.
  • Health and Safety Certificate Level VI.
  • At least 5 years of HSE experience in the construction business, preferably in wind construction, including management of sites at a specific level or managing multiple projects.
  • International experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Well-developed leadership skills.
  • Able to work autonomously or collaboratively with strict confidentiality.
  • Able to work in a changing and rapidly developing environment.
  • Able to identify issues, take responsibility, and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Trustworthy with unquestionable integrity and ethical standards.
