Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from initial contact to post-implementation support.
- Develop and implement effective customer support strategies that align with our company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of support services.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
