Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team as an Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and wants to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

As a Food and Beverage Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. This includes greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with a smile. You will also have the opportunity to work behind the scenes, helping to prepare set-ups for tables and rooms, and assisting with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Take and deliver customer orders consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
  • Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms
  • Follow cash handling procedures
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible and able to work well under pressure. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
